During my time at The Home Depot, I wrote and led copy for national and regional campaigns across digital, print, email, SMS, in-app, and web—operating inside one of the largest and most complex retail marketing ecosystems in the country. Serving as an event captain on a 70-person copy team, I helped set narrative direction for major initiatives while building message matrices and copy systems that enabled scale without losing clarity or voice. The work balanced persuasion with precision, translating brand strategy into language that could perform at massive volume while still feeling human and intentional. These examples reflect my ability to move fluidly between high-level narrative alignment and hands-on execution in environments where consistency, speed, and impact all matter.
