NFT Launch Strategy
When the only Stan Lee–created IP not owned by Disney prepared to reemerge through an NFT launch, I was brought in to shape the narrative and creative strategy for its return. The project required deep immersion into the original series—studying episodes, source material, and tonal nuances—to ensure the relaunch honored its voice while positioning it for a new digital audience. I developed launch strategy, narrative positioning, and creative direction, aligning the brand’s legacy with contemporary Web3 culture without diluting its original character.
